The brief
It’s not often you get to work at a venue as prestigious as the All England Lawn Tennis Club. As you’d expect, the Debenture Lounge was already well-appointed for a ball, so our brief was to accentuate the space with lighting and provide a PA system, microphone, display screens and dancefloor to help the evening go with a bang.
Event design
The main focus of this event was a silent auction, hosted by ex-England tennis star Andrew Castle. Clownfish provided a PA system, microphone and camera relay to big screens, to ensure that everyone could see and hear the auction progressing.
Once dinner was over, guests danced the night away on our Starlit Dancefloor or tried their luck in the Cash Grabber, where they were in with a chance of winning a mystery prize. A photo booth captured the fun, with branded print-outs for guests to take home.
