For now (updated 22nd May 2020)
In light of current UK Government advice, our warehouse doors are temporarily closed and all ‘live-setting’ corporate events are suspended.
Our sales team are working remotely from home and are eager and excited to help with future company events you’re planning. They’d love to hear from you!
We’re building a virtual studio at our warehouse in Chessington, that enables live (or pre-recorded) content to be streamed to your teams or guests. Complete with a multi-HD camera rig, our stage-set will allow your host to present in a professional setting with questions and answers, live polls, team break-outs, custom graphics, countdowns and media replay. The studio is being built with socially-distant practise at the forefront of its design. This ‘virtual hybrid studio’ will be streaming from 1st July 2020.
We’re now able to offer virtual team building packages for companies wanting their colleagues to stay connected, engaged and motivated in this time, from the comfort of their home. Team quizzes, virtual ‘away-days’, workshops and entertainment form part of our packages.
We’re aiming to re-open are warehouse doors on 1st July 2020, subject to and in accordance with UK government regulations, guidelines and advice. Stay tuned.
For the future
We have a contact-free delivery option ready for our Entertainment Hire department without the need for Clownfish team to remain on site for events.
All equipment would be rigorously cleaned, sanitised and disinfected before and after each event. Our risk assessments have been revised to enable safe working for our teams and for your colleagues. We’ve also drawn up plans to safely bring events to outdoor spaces, with socially distant interaction and engagement on a limited range of our entertainment.
We’ve learned how to become ‘Covid Safe’ and will look to implement this as we return to work, from 1st July 2020 onwards (again, subject to government guidance).
We continue to regularly monitor the information and advice as it’s released and are staying up to date with the UK Government and Public Health England daily.
We’re very much looking forward to working with you again soon! In the meantime, please stay safe.
