Scalextric Hire Competition
Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   • The competition is open to individuals or organisations interested in hosting an event with Clownfish Events.
   • Entrants must be over the age of 18 to participate.
2. Prize:
   • The prize includes a free 2-player Scalextric hire for a duration of up to 4 consecutive hours on a single day at one event location.
   • The event location must be within 50 miles of Clownfish Events’ warehouses in Chessington, Greater London, KT9 1TW.
3. Event Booking:
   • The free Scalextric hire prize is subject to availability and must be used for an event.
   • The event must take place before 31st December 2024.
4. Standard Terms and Conditions:
   • The competition winner must adhere to Clownfish Events’ standard terms and conditions for event bookings.
5. Winner Determination:
   • The winner will be decided based on the fastest lap time achieved during the Scalextric hire at the competition.
   • Clownfish Events reserves the right to have the final say on the winner, and their decision is final.
6. Redemption:
   • The winner must contact Clownfish Events to redeem the prize and coordinate the details of the Scalextric hire.
7. Limitations:
   • The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another individual or organisation.
   • The winner is responsible for any additional costs or services not included in the prize.
8. Amendment of Terms:
   • Clownfish Events reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
