The Brief
Meet Sarah Hewitt, Managing Director at Ordinato AKA the person who organises the fun stuff for employees of business parks.
Apparently Ordinato means ‘tidy’ in Italian and we like to think the events we put on for Sarah are rather ‘tidy’.
Sarah looks after Botanica at Ditton Park and helps them organise summer and Christmas engagement events – events that make Ditton Park employees feel special.
Making people feel special is our speciality, so Sarah relies on Clownfish to bring the fun and the power (yep, we’re talking boring but necessary generators).
Sarah calls us and tells us what she wants for each event and we pop up and make it happen for her.

The Fun Stuff
Ditton Park events are all about showing employees and good time. Which means it’s ALL about the entertainment. Think roll-a-ball racing, strike a light, connect 4 basketball (yes, really) and branded photobooths, along with our Pick ‘N’ Mix sweet cart, a giant popcorn machine and slushie stand as well as our 5-piece band (the Clownfish Jam) and gasp-inducing magician Etienne.
And of course, no party would be complete without the finishing touches like bunting in the summer or festive festoon lighting and lampposts at Christmas.

The Boring Bits
The events at Ditton Park are always outside which means grappling with generators. Arranging power for an event is pretty stressful – not enough power and it’s lights out (literally). So we take care of everything. We work out exactly how much power is needed and get the generators up and running, so Sarah can focus on generating smiles instead.
But we don’t just provide the games and the generators. Once everything is set up, our unusually smiley setter-uppers become energetic game hosts to guarantee giddy, grinning guests.
The Grinning, Giddy Guests

Sarah gets brilliant feedback about her events which, in turn, shows how much she cares about her clients. Guests love the variety of games that cater for the highly competitive ‘in-it-to-win-its’ and the quiet but creative photo-boothers.
And Sarah is so happy with our set up and service, she comes back to us year after year.
