What we’re all about
Our mission is simple: to make people feel special and celebrated. In fact we believe everyone has an invisible post-it note stuck to their forehead saying “Just Make Me Feel Special”. So we bend over backwards for our team – because we believe happy colleagues = happy clients.
We’ve grown in many ways since we started in 2009 but we’ve only just dipped our toes in the water. We have great ambitions and for that, we need even more great people.

What we’re looking for
We’re not fans of the term human resources. It implies that people can be ‘used’ in the pursuit of profit.
We want Clownfish to be a joyful place to work so we look for people who embody our values and want to be part of something abso-blimmin-lutely brilliant.

What you’ll get
We spend more time at work than we do with our loved ones so if work isn’t a brilliant place to be, what’s the point of being there?
We think living for the weekend is a horrendous way to exist so we prioritise team happiness and enjoyment.

We are looking for a sharp and level-headed PA to support our Managing Director, Jonny Coekin; juggling diaries, emails and to-do lists so he can focus on growing the business.
Head of Marketing (POSITION FILLED)
We need an experienced B2B marketing professional to lead and implement the Clownfish marketing strategy, working alongside Jonny (our Sales Director) and manage our three full time content creators (video, photo and web).
Junior Account Manager (POSITION FILLED)
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and personable individual to join our Sales team. You’ll be on the front line, helping our clients become the hero of their office who organises epic events for their colleagues.
