It was an unforgettable few days to slow down, reconnect, celebrate everything we achieved in 2025 and kick off 2026 feeling refreshed and ready for the year ahead.
This is what a company trip looks like when it’s done properly – fun, engaging and genuinely valuable.

🥶 Fjordside jacuzzis, saunas and a cold plunge into the frozen fjord
🛶 Arctic sea kayaking, with seals (and Norwegian ducks) keeping an eye on us
❄️ Exploring Tromsø, including a visit to the northernmost McDonald’s in the world
🎭 A hilarious and treacherous game of The Traitors that ran for the entire trip
