AV Production
We’re Freight Brixton’s AV production partner. We plan and deliver the sound, lighting, video and staging that your event needs, with our in-house team looking after the details from setup to showtime.
Freight sits in the heart of Brixton, a short walk from Tube. It’s easy for guests to reach, with a lively South London setting that feels a world away from a standard conference room.
The converted warehouse gives you room to shape the event around your plans. Host up to 400 guests theatre-style, seat 500 for lunch or dinner, or welcome up to 1,000 standing. In warmer months, the space opens out; in winter, it stays covered.
From a conference on the stage to a party that fills the warehouse, we’ll tailor the production to the room and the running order.
Event Entertainment
Clownfish supplies and runs event entertainment at Freight Brixton, from arcade machines and games to live performers, with our own hosts on the floor.
We own our entertainment equipment and keep it in show-ready condition, so what arrives is what you saw on your proposals.
Our Clownfish hosts keep guests involved throughout the event, bringing energy to Freight Brixton’s indoor and outdoor spaces.
Event Management
We manage your whole event at Freight Brixton, from the first plan through to pack-down and post-event debrief.
You get one team and a single point of contact across the production and schedule, so planning stays in one place and the day runs to the plan you have signed off.
We build the run of show with you and coordinate with Freight Brixton’s events team on access and timings, shaping the event around the space and the plans you have in mind.
