AV Production
We’re Bankside’s AV production partner. Our in-house team plans and delivers the sound, lighting, video and staging your event needs, working with the hotel’s spaces and technology to make sure the production fits the room.
Bankside sits in the heart of London’s South Bank, close to Blackfriars, Waterloo and Southwark stations. Your guests can reach the hotel easily, with galleries and cultural landmarks right on the doorstep.
The White Box gives you a flexible gallery-style space for up to 250 guests, while the hotel’s residential-style meeting rooms suit smaller gatherings and conferences. A mezzanine lounge and outdoor terrace offer extra room for networking, drinks and breaks.
From a conference in the White Box to a launch or dinner in one of the hotel’s other spaces, we’ll shape the production around your plans. Our team handles setup and showtime, so you can focus on your guests.

We bring Clownfish entertainment to events at Bankside, from interactive games and photo booths to live acts, with our own hosts there to keep guests involved.
We own our entertainment equipment and keep it in show-ready condition, so it arrives looking the part and ready to go.
