AV Production
We’re Donnington & Co.’s AV production partner. Our in-house team plans and delivers the sound, lighting, video and staging your event needs, shaped around the room and your running order.
From a presentation in a smaller meeting room to a conference in the Cromwell Suite, we’ll plan the setup to suit the audience and the programme. The rooms have natural daylight, with Wi-Fi and air cooling available.
Our technicians take care of setup and showtime, so you can focus on your speakers, guests and the event itself.
Event Entertainment
We bring Clownfish entertainment to Donnington & Co., from interactive games and photo booths to live acts, with our own hosts there to get guests involved.
We own our entertainment equipment and keep it in show-ready condition, so it arrives looking the part and ready to go.
Our hosts work the room throughout your event, helping colleagues relax, join in and enjoy the day together.
Event Management
We manage your event from the first plan through to pack-down, keeping the details organised so you can enjoy the day with your guests.
You get one team and a single point of contact across production and scheduling. We’ll shape the plan around the event you want to deliver and the spaces you choose.
We build the run of show with you and coordinate with Donnington & Co.’s Events Team on access and timings, so the day is ready to run to plan.

We help you plan private celebrations at Donnington & Co., from milestone birthdays and anniversaries to family gatherings and special occasions. The venue’s flexible spaces can host celebrations for up to 140 guests.
Set among parkland, the hotel offers private dining, PRESS restaurant and The Hangout for relaxed alfresco gatherings. With bedrooms on site, guests can stay over and enjoy more time together.
