AV Production
We provide AV production for events at the Grand Connaught Rooms, planning and delivering the sound, lighting, video and staging your event needs. We’ll shape the technical setup around your brief, the room and the running order.
With 37 spaces to work with, each event calls for a setup that fits its format. From presentations and conferences to awards and celebrations, our team takes care of the production details from setup through to showtime.
Whether you’re bringing guests together in one room or using several spaces across the venue, we’ll work with you and the venue team to keep the production coordinated and the event moving smoothly.
Event Entertainment
We bring Clownfish entertainment to the Grand Connaught Rooms, with options to get guests talking, playing and involved in the event. We can help you choose entertainment that suits the occasion, the audience and the spaces you’re using.
Our entertainment equipment is owned by us and kept show-ready, so we can plan what you need and take care of the practical details. Clownfish hosts can welcome guests, explain the activities and keep the energy up throughout the event.
From a lively company celebration to entertainment alongside a conference or awards evening, we’ll help create moments your guests can join in with.
Event Management
We manage your event at the Grand Connaught Rooms from the first plan through to pack-down, giving you one team to coordinate the moving parts.
We’ll build the run of show with you and liaise with the venue team on access, timings, supplier loading and room changeovers. If your event uses more than one of the venue’s spaces, we’ll help keep each part connected to the overall plan.
On the day, our team keeps an eye on the schedule and the details behind it, so you can focus on your guests and the event itself.
