Capacity: Up to 450 standing, 300 theatre-style and 250 for dinner in the Great Hall, across 19 event spaces.
Location: Tucked away in Holborn, a short walk from Holborn and Chancery Lane stations.
Style: An eleven-acre estate of historic legal London architecture. The Old Hall dates from 1490, with original roof timbers and stained glass. The Great Hall was opened by Queen Victoria in 1845 and has a Minstrels’ Gallery, a striking fresco and an oak ceiling.
Features: The Great Hall, Old Hall and Crypt, an east-facing terrace, a modern lecture theatre and award-winning in-house catering.
Licensing: Licensed for civil ceremonies for 20 to 300 guests, with wedding receptions for 70 to 250. Licensed for alcohol, with a late licence available.
Accessibility: Accessible facilities and on-site parking. The Great Hall has no lift and around twelve stone steps.

AV Production
We provide AV production for events at Lincoln’s Inn. Our in-house team plans and delivers the sound, lighting, video and staging your event needs, shaped around the room and your running order.
Historic halls need a careful approach. We plan the setup around the oak ceilings, stained glass and panelling, so the production adds to the room rather than hiding it. Lighting can pick out the Great Hall’s fresco and Minstrels’ Gallery while screens and sound keep every guest connected to the stage.
From a conference in the Ashworth Centre lecture theatre to an awards dinner for 250 in the Great Hall, we’ll plan the setup to suit the audience and the programme. Our technicians take care of setup and showtime, so you can focus on your speakers and guests.
Event Entertainment
We bring Clownfish entertainment to Lincoln’s Inn, from interactive games and photo booths to live acts, with our own hosts there to get guests involved.
We own our entertainment equipment and keep it in show-ready condition, so it arrives looking the part and ready to go.
Our hosts work the room throughout your event, whether guests are gathering for drinks on the Great Hall terrace, exploring the Crypt or celebrating on the North Lawn in summer.
