AV Production
We handle lighting, sound and video for events at the Cutty Sark.
Built in 1869 as a tea clipper, she’s sailed the world and now sits on King William Walk in Greenwich, with sweeping views across the Thames to the City beyond.
The ship’s unique event spaces include the Dry Berth, the Master’s Saloon, ‘Tween Deck and Weather Deck, with capacity ranging from intimate dinners for 10 up to conferences and award ceremonies for 300, gala dinners for 250 or brand activations and client networking for 400. She’s also licensed for wedding ceremonies for up to 60 guests, and is available for conferences between 9am and 5pm, as standard from October to March, with other periods considered on request and subject to approval.

Event Entertainment
Clownfish supplies and runs event entertainment aboard Cutty Sark, from arcade machines, photo experiences and games to live performers, with our own hosts on deck. We own our everything and keep it in show-ready condition, so what arrives is what you saw on your proposals.
Our hosts work throughout the event, ensuring everything runs smoothly, as well as keeping the energy up across the ship’s unique event spaces.
Event Management
We manage your whole event aboard the Cutty Sark, from the first plan through to pack-down and post-event debrief.
You get one team and a single point of contact across the production and schedule, so planning stays in one place and the day runs to the plan you have signed off.
We build the run of the show with you, coordinate with the Cutty Sark’s events team on access and timings, and work within the ship’s conference hours and approval process where relevant.
