AV Production
We handle lighting, sound and video for events at Foxhill’s Country Club. The 19th-century Manor House gives you wood paneling in the Pine Room and a chandelier centerpiece in the Study, so we light the room to work with that period detail and keep our rigging out of sight.The Clubhouse takes conferences and awards dinners for up to 200 guests, with theater-style seating for 150. We size staging, screens and PA to the room, with our engineers on site for the whole event. Outdoors on the Manor Lawns and across the grounds, we plan around power and weather cover and use systems built to carry in open air.
Event Entertainment
Clownfish supplies and runs event entertainment at Foxhill’s Country Club, from arcade machines and games to live performers, with our own hosts on the floor. We own our entertainment kit and keep it in show-ready condition, so what arrives is what you saw on the quote. Our hosts work the event throughout, reading the room and keeping the energy up so the entertainment stays part of the night rather than sitting in a corner.
Event Management
We manage events end to end at Foxhill’s Country Club, from the first plan through to pack-down. You get one team and a single point of contact across the production and the schedule, so planning stays in one place and the day runs to a plan you have signed off. We build the run of show with you, coordinate with the Foxhill events team on access and timings, and keep everything inside the 11pm licence. When your name is on the event, that means there is always one person whose job is to handle whatever comes up on the day.

Private celebrations at Foxhill
We produce luxury private parties at Foxhill’s Country Club, from milestone birthdays to celebrations across the grounds and indoor spaces. After dark the building changes character, so we light the panelled rooms or the Orangery for the mood you want, bring sound for a band or a DJ, and add the entertainment that carries the night. The hosts and engineers who run our corporate events run private celebrations too, with the same owned kit, so a birthday in the grounds gets the standard of a corporate gala.
