The brief…

When staff at the prestigious Woodlands Park Hotel finally got a chance to let their hair down after the busy Christmas season, it was Clownfish’s job to make sure their evening was jam-packed with fun and games. 

With the venue and catering already taken care of, our mission was entertainment. The manager wanted his team to interact, engage and enjoy each other’s company in a relaxed, informal environment. 

Event design…

We wanted guests to forget about work and feel like kids again, so we gave them plenty of opportunities to play! 

We hand picked some old favourites and set up a smorgasbord of interactive games, inflatables and fairground side stalls. Photo Booths and a Flip Book Movie Maker captured moments and memories. 

Results…

When you work in the service industry, staff parties tend to go on the back burner over Christmas whilst you show everyone else a good time. For one night, we took charge of the practical details and they became the VIPs for a change. Warm and fuzzy feelings all round.
