We offer above-statutory maternity and paternity cover, a holiday purchase scheme (in exchange for overtime) and a paid 8-week sabbatical after 10 years.

You can’t beat that Friday feeling. So the end of the week at Clownfish means work-from-home Fridays for the office team and Deliveroo Fridays for the delivery team.

We get together every month to have fun or celebrate birthdays, and every August we host the Clownfish Annual Conference (CAC) – a 3-day business retreat that isn’t actually cac at all (it’s abso-flippin-lutely brilliant).
