Bespoke Event Management

Apart from catering, we can do everything you could possibly need for an event in house; we like to call it the whole shebang. (We also have incredible catering partners…)

Full event management includes event design, venue finding, technical production, staging, lighting, games, entertainment and event branding.

But we can do as much or as little as you like. Think of us like a pick ‘n’ mix stall – you choose the bits you want to make your event a sweet success. Speaking of which, you can even hire our pick ‘n’ mix sweet cart for your event.

Organising an event is a huuuge undertaking but lots of companies don’t have internal event teams, or they have an event team of one. We’ve been planning events for 16 years so we know exactly how to run a successful event. We know where to put the Portaloos. We know how many people will fit in a room and how to stagger flow through a building. And we know what sort of power supply every venue can support. 

We’re here to act as an extension of your team and your company and we always start projects by asking “Imagine it’s the day after the event, how do you want to be feeling? And what would you be saying?”

There’s no party we won’t plan. But typically, we manage corporate events like award ceremonies, conferences and parties or marketing events such as product launches and brand activations. We also manage luxury personal parties such as big birthdays and Bar Mitzvahs. And we manage community events like festivals, fundraisers and graduation ceremonies.

We’ll go pretty much anywhere in the UK for you – after all, we love a good party. We have plenty of event games for hire in London but offer entertainment hire for parties all across the country.

We love helping to find the perfect or unexpected venue. We have a little black book full of venues and contacts. And if you have a favourite venue, or you already have a venue booked, we can liaise with your chosen venue to manage everything else. 

Yes! We can bespoke brand our games for when you need a “wow” moment. We’ve also built a custom Scalextric track for a new car launch, giant 3D letters for an awards show and designed exhibition stands from the ground up.
