What is a Clownfish Fun Day?
We show up. We set everything up. Your team has the best day they’ve had all year. We pack it all away. You take the credit.
That’s a Clownfish Fun Day. Each experience is worth £5,000. and depending on what your team chooses, it could be worth significantly more. We’re giving 17 of them away.

How To Nominate Your Team
One form. And then your choice.
- The Video Route: Record a short video, maximum two minutes, convincing us your team deserves it. No brief. Make us laugh, show us your worst team building horror story, or do something we haven’t seen before.
- The Quick Route: Not a video person? Fine. Tell us in three sentences why your team deserves a Fun Day. Make them count.
Both routes are equal. We’re judging the answer, not the format.
The brief? There isn’t one.
Show us your team in action. Tell us what a Fun Day would mean. Make us laugh. Show us the most painful team building experience you’ve ever survived. Or do something we haven’t seen before.

We started with one idea and a stubbornly high bar for what a team day could be. Since then we’ve grown into a full-service events company working with organisations across the UK. The kind that have stopped settling for bad canapés and motivational speakers nobody asked for.
