What we’re all about
Our mission is simple: to make people feel special and celebrated. In fact we believe everyone has an invisible post-it note stuck to their forehead saying “Just Make Me Feel Special”. So we bend over backwards for our team – because we believe happy colleagues = happy clients.
We’ve grown in many ways since we started in 2009 but we’ve only just dipped our toes in the water. We have great ambitions and for that, we need even more great people.

What we’re looking for
We’re not fans of the term human resources. It implies that people can be ‘used’ in the pursuit of profit.
We want Clownfish to be a joyful place to work so we look for people who embody our values and want to be part of something abso-blimmin-lutely brilliant.
What you’ll get
We spend more time at work than we do with our loved ones so if work isn’t a brilliant place to be, what’s the point of being there?
We think living for the weekend is a horrendous way to exist so we prioritise team happiness and enjoyment.
Oh, and we’re partial to a fish pun or two. As long as it’s not used for click bait. Or reels.

Event Delivery Team

We are looking for energetic and passionate Event Delivery Team to be part of delivering those unforgettable moments for our clients. That’s delivering and installing our equipment in high-end hotels, venues, corporate offices and exhibition halls.

Technical Project Manager
We are looking for a detail-obsessed, tech-savvy Technical Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of our show-stopping AV and production projects with precision and flair.
Warehouse Manager
We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Warehouse Manager to take ownership of our warehouse operations and ensure our event equipment is always prepared, protected and perfectly presented.
Warehouse Assistant
We’re looking for a reliable, organised and hands-on Warehouse Assistant to support our Warehouse Manager and help keep our warehouse running smoothly.
