What we’re all about

Our mission is simple: to make people feel special and celebrated. In fact we believe everyone has an invisible post-it note stuck to their forehead saying “Just Make Me Feel Special”. So we bend over backwards for our team – because we believe happy colleagues = happy clients.

We’ve grown in many ways since we started in 2009 but we’ve only just dipped our toes in the water. We have great ambitions and for that, we need even more great people.

How we do things

It’s easy to talk about ‘culture’ but another to live and breathe it.

So we came up with 3 fundamental beliefs that define our culture and remind us how to approach every action and interaction.

Then we plastered them everywhere (in our team room, in the sales department, in our warehouse). Because these aren’t just some fluffy statements that our marketing team came up with, they’re the beliefs we live by every day.

We spend more time at work than we do with our loved ones so if work isn’t a brilliant place to be, what’s the point of being there? We think living for the weekend is a horrendous way to exist so we prioritise team happiness and enjoyment. Oh, and we’re partial to a fish pun or two. As long as it’s not used for click bait. We are looking for energetic and passionate Events Team – Entertainment Hosts to be part of delivering those unforgettable moments for our clients.That’s delivering and installing our equipment in high-end hotels, venues, corporate offices and exhibition halls a few hours before the event.
