What lighting packages do you offer?

What does Clownfish Sound Hire include?

Do you offer combined sound and lighting hire?

Absolutely. Our Clownfish team can tailor-make your event sound and lighting hire to suit your needs.

What equipment do you have?

Our AV hire stockroom has it all: d&b speakers, Avolites lighting desks, DPA microphones, Portman lights, Allen & Heath sound desks, band audio equipment… and it’s all state of the art and kept in tip-top shape by our meticulous (we’re talking deliciously nit-picky) Engineers.

Do you have your own lighting engineers?

We have our own team of Clownfish Lighting Engineers – that way you know who you’re working with and we can ensure our lighting hire kit is always in impeccable condition. It’s things like that which mean we only have 5 star reviews.

Do your Sound Engineers set everything up?

They don’t just set everything up, they stay to ensure everything runs smoothly, and then pack it all up afterwards (so they can keep all their equipment in pristine working order for every client).

The biggest thing on the day was the complete transformation of the room… It was essentially a big studio before and they completely transformed it into what was an incredible gala dinner

When Matt Turner started Clownfish Events back in 2009, hiring our games and party equipment was where it all began.

With the help of his dad, Ben, and an old red Post Office van, he drove bouncy castles and speakers all over southwest London and quickly became known for having the best equipment and friendliest smile for miles.

Fast forward a decade and this ‘fun stuff’ is still core to Clownfish. We pride ourselves on unearthing the best kit on the market, investing in it (so we don’t have to rely on third parties or agencies) and looking after it ourselves.

That means when you hire it for an important event, you know you’re getting something tried-and-tested, in perfect working order, that really looks the part – so you can relax and enjoy the day too.
